Library Events Feature Music and Art

The library will be hosting two lunchtime events this week.

On Tuesday, November 30, the Gettysburg College Camerata and Women's Choir will be performing during Notes at Noon in the library apse.

On Wednesday, December 1, Visual Arts Instructor John Kovaleski will talk about Unbound, his artwork that incorporates pages from discarded library books and journals. This brown bag lunch will take place at noon in library room 018.

More information

4th floor is open!

We are happy to announce that the fourth floor has been reopened.  You can rediscover your favorite quiet study space, and retrieve (most of) your own books in call numbers Q-Z.

One exception: there are still a few books at the end of the Q-Z range that are now inside a locked cage.  These will be shifted out of the cage and into the self-service stacks area as soon as possible.  If you need something that is in the cage, please ask at the circulate desk.  We will retrieve these books for you.

Happy studying!

Midnight Coffee Cart

It's that time of year where we need a little extra push to get through a late night of homework and studying.

If you're keeping some late library hours, take advantage of the library coffee cart. Wheeled out at midnight, you can get free coffee, hot chocolate, or tea.

If you're into rewarding yourself for getting that last 50 pages read, remember we also have the coffee machine on the main floor. Swipe your card, and you're on your caffeinated way.

Finally, planning an all-nighter? Refer to our library hours.
