Reading Days are almost here!

Before you head home, hit the books, catch-up on your sleep, or go on a mini vacation, here are a few things you should know about Musselman Library during this long weekend.

Library Hours: Since many students leave campus over Reading Days (including the majority of our student workers that help keep the library running), the Library hours will be slightly reduced.

  • Friday, October 11 - Close at 5 pm
  • Saturday, October 12 - Noon to 6 pm
  • Sunday, October 13 - Noon to 6 pm
  • Monday, October 14 - 8 am to 11 pm
  • Tuesday, October 15 - 8 am - Begin 24-hour access

Research Help: Keep in mind that many of our resources are available 24/7 online – just visit the library website and have immediate access to hundreds of databases, thousands of full text articles, and ebooks.  Librarians are also available for research assistance on Monday and Tuesday of Reading Days – just email ask@gettysburg.edu or pop into the Reference Office (Room 102) on the main floor of the library.
