Be a Smith Intern!

Interested in special collections, archives, public history, or museum studies?
The Special Collections Department of Musselman Library invites current students (including seniors who will graduate in May) to submit applications for the Diane Werley Smith ’73 summer internship in Special Collections.
The Smith intern will be introduced to a variety of archival skills such as processing collections, cataloging rare books, reference assistance, book repair and conservation, digital projects, and the preparation of exhibits. Former interns have gone to careers in library science, and many are working at libraries and archives across the country. To learn more about the internship experience, check out the videos below.

The Smith Summer Internship is a 10-12 week paid summer internship. For more information visit the Smith Intern webpage.
