This National Library Week, Musselman Library will be celebrating with a series of edible events and encouraging you to feed your appetite for knowledge!
On Monday April 14th, we kick off the week with an Edible Book Festival. What is an Edible Book Festival? It’s a great way to celebrate the love of books and food! The library staff will be creating "edible books," which can be inspired by a favorite tale, involve a pun on a famous title, or simply be in the shape of a book. Join us in Library Room 018 from 2- 4pm to taste some literary treats.
On Wednesday April 16th, be on the lookout for brightly colored eggs! Our first ever Easter egg hunt will take place all day throughout the library. If you find an egg, bring it to the circulation desk to claim your candy. To round out the week, Snacks in the Stacks will take place on Friday. Literary cake and cookies will be available on the main floor of the library.
Don’t forget that the Photo a Day Challenge is for the whole month of April! Submit a photo using the #whereinmuss and be entered to win a prize!
Happy National Library Week!
